The pool area was great for relaxation, and we loved the gym facilities. Enjoyed the spa services, and the revolving restaurant on the 25th floor had stunning views. Our stay was enhanced by the excellent service from the club team, especially Jhoanna and Mara, who made us feel right at home.

It was just an appropriate option for a quick weekend visit in Dubai with value for money. The staff were super helpful, even arranging plant-based milk for my partner. Be sure to check out the nearby metro instead of relying solely on taxis.

However, the dated carpet in the hallways and a lingering smell in my room detracted from my overall comfort, despite the luxurious impression of the lobby.

At check-in, the wait was a bit long due to busy staff, which was frustrating after a long flight. During my stay, communication issues caused slight confusion with my dinner reservations. I also noticed a bit of wear and tear in the room, particularly in the furniture. Despite these hiccups, I highly appreciated the hotel’s accessible facilities and its proximity to the mall and local attractions.
